1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Unopened & Unused Products Only:
    For most cosmetic items, returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original, tamper-evident packaging. Due to hygiene standards, opened or partially used products generally cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Defective or Damaged Items:
    If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. We will request photographic evidence and may authorize a return, refund, or replacement.
  • Exceptions:
    In certain situations—such as allergic reactions or sensitivity issues—the case will be reviewed on an individual basis. In such cases, we may require additional documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) before accepting a return or exchange.

    Securely package the unopened product in its original packaging. Include the RMA number on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method—unless otherwise instructed.
  • Step 4 – Inspection and Refund/Exchange:
    Upon receipt, our quality control team will inspect the item to verify its condition and eligibility. If the product passes inspection, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment, or you may opt for an exchange. Please note that shipping and handling fees may be non-refundable except in cases of our error or defective products.
