At Eira Cosmetics, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process and ship your items within 1-2 business days. We offer transparent flat-rate fees of $12 or free shipping on orders over $90. Because we are in a remote location, shipping times are typically 5-10 business days-sometimes more.
During holidays shipping can take a bit longer due to circumstances beyond our control.
We provide tracking number once the order is shipped. Currently we are not offering expedited shipping.

For international orders, rates vary depending on the destination, and customers are responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes. Currently we are only shipping to Canada and the United States All orders are securely packaged to ensure their integrity during transit. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped, and our customer support team is always on hand to assist with any delivery issues. Please note that while we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays may occur due to external factors such as weather or carrier limitations. International shipping can often take 3-4 weeks due to customs and other things that are unfortunately beyond our control.
